We’re two brothers born and raised in the heart of the Himalayas, where life is simple, traditions run deep, and the bond between people and nature is sacred.
Growing up in a remote mountain village, we were surrounded by the rich heritage of yak farming and traditional cheesemaking. One of the most treasured foods from our childhood was Chhurpi – an all-natural, hard cheese made from pure yak milk, aged to perfection at high altitudes.
Today, our mission is to share this ancient Himalayan super-snack with the world.
Through Royal Cheese, we bring you authentic, hand-crafted yak milk cheese that’s high in protein, rich in calcium, and completely natural – just as it has been made for generations.
